Roast Chicken with Oishii Chilli Oil

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 whole red onion, sliced
- Juice of ½ lemon or lime
- Dash of soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Score the drumsticks and arrange in a roasting pan with onion and garlic.
